Testimony from my client
“I’ve always found designing and decorating my home high stress and have tended to take a cautious approach, only recognising mistakes after the event.
After having spent vast sums of money on testing pots and agonising for days I decided to get some advice.
I have finally found someone who, almost instantly, seems to know what a room requires.
Rebecca doesn’t impose her own style, instead, she works patiently with you, looking at existing furniture and fabrics to help you come to a decision.
She has now transformed my house and everyone loves the result.
Initially I was reluctant to go with, what seemed to me, very bold choices and went with a more cautious approach – alternatives she had suggested.
They look lovely but where I trusted her judgement implicitly it looks spectacular.
In the kitchen I went with the Mouse’s Back rather than the Salon Drab. It looks great but I can now see that Salon Drab would have been even better.
I have now had Rebecca back a number of times for other rooms - help with styling, choice of fabrics - and feel confident that I could give her free reign.
I’ve inherited an eclectic range of junk (and some good stuff) - Persian rugs, ornaments, prints etc.
Rebecca has helped me solve display problems, sort out shelving, layout and tailored her colour choices and designs to work with my bits and bobs in the overall design AND been able to show me cheaper options to achieve a similar effect.
I haven’t finished and so will definitely be seeing her again.
I am so pleased. She makes light work of what at times have seemed insurmountable problems and saves you money in the end. Definitely worth it.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Rebecca. Brilliant!”
